Fat D's BBQ will replace, at no charge to the customer, any product(s) that are damaged during shipment.
Fat D's BBQ will reship, at no charge to the customer, any product(s) not received on your order.
Please notify us via email immediately if one of the above issues arises, including a photograph of the damaged item(s), if possible. Please do not return damaged items; those items should be discarded after contacting Fat D's BBQ.
Replacement and refund requests must be received within five (5) business days of receiving shipment of the product. The customer is responsible to supply a complete verified address for delivery. If the mail carrier is unable to deliver or delivery is delayed due to address issues, this return/refund policy does not apply.
